Natasha Stepansky PA-C
Natasha Stepansky PA-C, started her health care career with Dr. Aronowitz 9 years ago as surgical assistant. Four years ago she went back to school, where she attained a Physician Assistant's license (PA). It has been a year now since she came back to practice with renewed vigor and determination to provide the best health care service to Dr. Aronowitz's patients. "Every day is different," she says. Among many responsibilities, Natasha performs physicals for patients of all ages, assists Dr. Aronowitz in surgeries, injects Botox and dermal fillers, does treatments with Fraxel laser, provides pre and post operation care to patients under Dr. Aronowitz's supervision, and makes calls at an assisted-living facility.
To Natasha, medicine is a team effort. "The patients in Dr. Aronowitz's practice are getting the benefit of not only one provider, but two" she says. Patients have been extremely receptive to the involvement of Natasha in their care. There are several essential elements that facilitate this: her professionalism; the high level of professional respect shown to her by Dr. Aronowitz; and the demonstration of superb, meticulous, and methodical care towards her patients.
Natasha has completed an accredited, formal education program and passed a national exam to obtain a California license to practice medicine as a Physician's Assistant.

Across 14 years Carol has honed her unique methods while practicing with leading cosmetic surgeons and some of the most celebrated salons and exercise-and-nutrition professionals in Los Angeles. She is also a 2004 graduate of the Healing the Light Body School, which introduced her to the practice of Peruvian shamanism. There she was personally mentored by Dr. Alberto Villoldo, the best-selling author and medical anthropologist who founded the Utah school for the study of ancient South American healing practices.
Carol Alverson is a veteran, licensed medical aesthetician whose practice has integrated conventional western skin therapies with proven Eastern techniques - resulting in her own exclusive, state-of-the-art skin care science she calls SonagenicsTM.
